To the people who don’t get told this enough, I love you. To the people who constantly watch out for signs of sadness in their friends to help make them happier, I’m here for you. To the people who everyday try to find their happiness and beauty in the little things in life, because God knows they are close to ending it all, you are sunshine and daisies. To the people who leave their studies when their friend needs their support, because no matter what, they know that no one deserves to feel and live with the sadness that has made home in them, you are the reason some people are still holding on. To the people who aren’t all saints, who feel like they hate the world and their friends and family when no one comes through for them on dark nights, your feelings are justified – you’re not a monster, you’re human, don’t let that guilt drive you insane.

To those who are the first to be there on hearing a call for help, but don’t receive the same, those who let the waves and waves of sadness pass in isolation whilst longing for it to end and whilst longing for themselves to end, I’m here and I love you.
